Texas: Pure Internap at a fraction of the price of other internap providers.

Chicago network 1, Virginia, San Jose: Connectivity is completely redundant, right up to the point of delivery to customers. Traffic is routed through Juniper edge routers and aggregated using Cisco core switches. We participate in extensive public and private peering using the Equinix Peering Exchange and the AMS-IX Internet Exchange. Our private optical IP backbone connects all of our network PoPs to ensure the most efficient routing of traffic between customer equipment and its destination.

Chicago network 2: The connectivity for this network is provided by all of our carriers, Level(3), Savvis, AT&T, PCCW Global, nLayer, and TeliaSonera, and is supplemented by local peering. At the core of the premium network is the InterNAP Flow Control Platform (FCP) which proactively searches among all of our bandwidth carriers for the best possible route and navigates around any congestion or outages that may occur. The providers we utilize along with the InterNAP FCP allow us to offer a network, with few equals, perfect for supporting critical applications and web sites or for highly demanding services such as VoIP, IPTV, and online gaming.

New York: Only best-in-class hardware to run its network, from top to bottom! Unlike many of our competitors, we own and operate our own backbone and network (AS32903) as well as a private datacenter in downtown New York City -- offering unrivaled global connectivity. Our core infrastructure is 100% N+1 redundant Foundry Networks NetIron 400 backbone routers, with over 20Gbps of capacity. These routers offer incredible performance and resilience to DoS (denial of service) attacks. These core routers are connected via N+1 redundant metro fiber switches, lighting our private dark fiber ring with multiple Gig-E's to major carrier hotels in the New York metro area, including 25 Broadway (TELEHOUSE), 60 Hudson (Telx), and 111 Eigth Avenue (New York City Connect).
